Our service
These terms cover Qalorie, Inc.’s website and services, together with the privacy policy and applicable purchase terms. Contact info@qalorie.com. Effective November 4, 2026. Qalorie is intended for adults 18 and older.
Everyday wellness
Qalorie helps you organize nutrition, movement and personal progress. Nutrition, activity and AI outputs are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review entries and suggestions. Qalorie does not diagnose, treat or replace professional medical care, and is not an emergency service. Seek qualified advice for decisions about conditions, medication, restrictive diets or treatment.
Your account and content
Provide accurate information, keep credentials private and report suspected misuse. You retain rights to content you submit and authorize processing needed to deliver the features you request. Do not submit others’ private information without authority, infringe rights, abuse the service, bypass access controls or use it unlawfully. AI output may not be unique; verify it before relying on it.
Subscriptions and free trials
Prices, billing periods, renewal terms and eligibility are displayed by the seller before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the seller’s rules. An eligible seven-day subscription trial starts only when you deliberately confirm activation; opening the app or using any exploration period does not start a subscription. A trial may convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price unless canceled in time. Store-specific cancellation deadlines and refund rules apply. Cancel Apple purchases through Apple account subscription settings and Google Play purchases through Google Play subscriptions. Web subscription management is available through the payment portal when web purchases are offered. Deleting the app or account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Nonwaivable consumer rights remain intact.
Apple license agreement
For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies: Apple EULA ↗ . These service terms supplement the standard license and do not replace mandatory platform terms. Apple is not the provider of Qalorie support.
Availability and connections
Features vary by release, platform, permissions and service availability. Health-device integrations depend on compatible companion services; universal watch or scale support is not promised. Maintain independent copies of records important to you. We may restrict misuse or make service changes, subject to applicable law and purchase commitments.
Rights and responsibility
Qalorie’s branding, software and website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not copy or redistribute them beyond permitted use. Services are provided with the limitations described above, to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable app-store purchase and refund terms govern their subject matter.
Questions and changes
Contact info@qalorie.com for service disputes or questions. We may revise these terms and give notice where required. Material changes do not remove statutory rights or retrospectively authorize new data uses. See the privacy policy and account-deletion page for data requests.
